- Dear Kids Club Parents,
In an effort to improve communications between Kids Club’s staff and the children’s parent’s we are instituting broadcast messaging.
This will operate using two methods:
Broadcast voicemail & Broadcast email

For parents who have email addresses we ask that you fill out the parent data update sheet so that we can easily contact you on any necessary matters.
Of particular importance is a SCHEDULE CHANGE for Kids Club’s Holiday Hours.
Kids Club will be closed Monday December 31st. (New Years Eve Day)
We arrived at this decision as a result of the lack of attendance Christmas Eve Day. While more than 20 families to us in writing their children would need care that day. Only ONE family actually dropped their children off that day.
Only one other family that changed their plans informed us that they wouldn’t be needing services that day.
It is kinder and more respectful to the teachers for Kids Club to close this Monday giving them day off with certainty so they can make plans and enjoy it than for them to not know whether they will be needed or sent home early.
We hope that your Holidays have been a joyful time for your families. And we look forward to seeing each of you in the New Year when we resume operations Wednesday January 3rd 2008.
